Individuals working on issues of sexuality, rights, health or gender in India are eligible to apply. A maximum of twenty-five participants will be selected each year, based on their applications and personal interviews. Candidates must be fluent in English. Participants are expected to contribute Rs.5000/- towards the course and cover their own travel expenses. Participants are required to stay for the whole duration of the course. The course focuses on theory and requires intensive reading. Participants are expected to complete reading assignments.
