The TMTC has two lecture halls and two seminar rooms specially designed for an effective learning experience. TMTC has well-furnished, air-conditioned residential rooms that can accommodate 60 people on a double occupancy basis. TMTC also provides indoor and outdoor recreational and sports facilities - carom, table-tennis, lawn tennis and croquet. There is also a gym and a jogging track for use by residents.
